Lemons. You know you love them. Heck, me and Pushy are dedicating our little ol' blog to them. So what makes a delicious, sweet and memorable lemon? Here's Uhyesplease's recipe for lemonade.
I'll be honest - I've never made fresh lemonade. Since I'm always on a diet, I only drink Crystal Light. Boo! Hiss! I know! It's like using a vibrator your whole life instead of the real deal. However, I think I can adapt a real old-timey recipe that will work just right for my lemonade recipe:
INGREDIENTS
6 lemons
1 cup white sugar
6 cups cold water
6 sprigs of mint
DIRECTIONS
Juice the lemons to make 1 cup of juice. To make your labor easier, FIRMLY roll the lemons between your hand and counter top before cutting in half and juicing.

In a gallon pitcher combine 1 cup lemon juice, 1 cup sugar, and 6 cups cold water. Stir. Adjust water to taste. Chill and serve over ice. Mint in each glass for garnish.
Wow - that's not too bad, actually. So, how the HALE does this work for fanfic?
INGREDIENTS
1,2,3 or as many characters as you want
1 steamy setting (shower, forest, bedroom in your parents house, silver volvo - to name a few)
1 Beta - (NOT OPTIONAL) Pretty please beta your work, spellcheck is great, but does not count
A healthy cup of passion
Followed by equal parts of imagination and creativity
Stir together and simmer in your brain as long as possible. Take your time....I love me some unresolved sexual tension (UST for the newbs out there)...the build up is almost as good as the actual deed
Juice those lemons - rub them firmly - between your hands, on the countertop, whatever.....wait, what?
Where was I? Oh - I also like a liberal dash of humor - it's like the mint garnish on the glass. Of course, it's not always necessary - but it really makes it better for me. For example, make up a new name for the twig and berries, unicorns, vajay-jay, whatever - it makes me happy!
Now you have it! That's my recipe! All this typing has made me really thirsty......I think it's time to get a batch going with Mr. Uhyesplease... Ta ta for now!

Take one cannon pairing, preferably AH so they can be legal.
Add a healthy dose of angst.
Let steep through a few chapters to really let the emotions run high.
Slowly build sexual tension until panties are ready to combust.
Then quickly pour on the simple syrup of hot, steamy sex.
Repeat. Again and again. :)
