Hi, we're the Lemon Sisters and we like fanfic...A LOT!

Hi, my name is One Pushy Fox. And like so many of you, I love lemons.

Many months ago (ok, only five) I first heard about fanfiction from Meadow Cliffdiver over at Twilight Headed. I enjoyed the blog she and her friends, The League of Extraordinary Twilighters, produced, so I thought I would check out just the one story she was talking about.

A few, reading-orgy filled days later I emerged a new kind of Twi-addict, a Twi-fanfic-addict. I had it bad and while I'd like to say it was the compelling stories and amazingly well written characters that got me hooked, let's call a spade a spade here: it was the lemons!

Sweet baby Jesus, do these women know how to write porn! Soon I was reading boatloads of fanfic like the dirty bird I am and loving up Mr. Fox until his junk started to chafe. Not that he was complaining. *wink*

As I trolled around, always looking for my next fix, I met up with many other ladies like myself, but I knew something big had happened when I met my lemon sister, uhyesplease. From the moment uhyesplease and I started working together, I knew we were twi-soulmates. She not only totally gets me and beta's everything I've ever written (including much that hasn't been published), she sends me twi-porn!! Seriously!! And when I don't read her recommendations quickly enough, she sends me teasers. Did I say, "I love you," uhyesplease??? Because I truly, truly do!!!

But I'm not selfish (much) and I couldn't keep the fabulousness that is uhyesplease and her many hottie-hot-hot lemony rec's to myself, so when she mentioned wanting to have a blog, I pounced on the idea of starting one together. And here we are. So, now I'll just sit back and sip some sweet, sweet lemonade (and re-read the first chapter of The Training by tarasueme) while the fabulous uhyesplease tells you her story!

Well, hello there! It's sad to say, but I do not remember how exactly I got introduced to fanfiction. It's better to start with the fact that I'm pretty late to the Twilight game. I read the books in about a week last December, saw the movie in the middle of reading New Moon, then scoured the internet for as much as I could about the actors as well as Stephenie Meyer. Late in the night nursing a 1 month old baby, I read SM's whole website and Midnight Sun. Somehow, somewhere I stumbled upon a oneshot on FFn.com that filled in the blanks during the Breaking Dawn fade-to-black Isle Esme chapters. And BAM! That was it. Hook. Line. Sinker. Done.

Just like One Pushy Fox, it wasn't just the well written and captivating stories that got me. It was the full on - hard core - screaming orgasm - attack your husband at 1am sort of thing that made me an addict. Fanfiction is indeed my own personal brand of heroin. *cough, sorry, couldn't help it* And so far, no complaints from a very satisfied hubby.

When One Pushy Fox asked if I wanted to do a blog with her - I totally jumped at the chance! She said it the best - we work so well together and she's totally the ying to my yang! Plus, she's my master-betah - and there is no way in hell that anything I have written thus far would have seen the light of day without her support, beta skillz and absolute undying affection.
