Oh dear readers....things are sad in Lemon Land. We think we've lost our mojo. Could it be real life funk? Possibly. Could it be that after a year and a half of Twi-mania, our obsession is starting to wane? Sure. Regardless, we've seen that posting a hot, lemony fic once a week has become a hardship. Work! Not the sweet and tart fun it was nine months ago.
UYP - I agree with Pushy...I'm a procrastinator by nature, but it's really gone too far. Hell, today is my day for MmmmmMonday and I just didn't feel bothered, so asked Pushy to help co-write my SOS post!
So today we're looking for some feedback from our readers. Are you here every Monday, excited to see what new lemony gem we'll find for you? Or are you getting blase about the process too? Are you still devouring fanfic like's it's you're secret stash of ice cream? Or are you no longer enticed by it?
UYP - I'm hoping I'll get back into it when we get closer to Eclipse. But then I wonder that maybe I'm just tired of the same ol' things. Same plots, same stereotypes, same sex scenes...I'm not surprised anymore. What the hell is wrong with me!?
We've noticed that the traffic has remained fairly consistent so we're pretty sure you are all stopping by, we're just not sure we're giving you what you want anymore.

Wow that's tough. I have to admit, I enjoy writing my own fanfic, but I don't find the time to read others. *whispers* I love my YA books toooooo much right now, and when I'm not writing on my own. I'm nose deep in an actual book. *gasp* I know.. I think many people still read fanfic like crazy, but I thought I'd just share my feedback and you started it One Pushy Fox, with your Beautiful Creatures!! Now I can't stop reading!
I am sure it is tough to come up with things every week. I admit I dont come here every week, but I do regularly visit and add your recs to my list. I am still totally addicted to fanfic, not at all bored yet. I may be newer than some to the whole fanfic world, I just started reading it around September. I have trouble reading real books still, yes I know it is sad, but its true. Although at this point I have such a huge list of fics to read that it would take me a year to get through them all.

No, really, same here. My list of fics to read is loooooong, so I started to be pretty picky about what to add to it. I always come along to check what you recc'd on mondays. I don't care for the peach grove though, to be honest.
Maybe what we need for a break is a lil contest? *wicked grin* Lemon drabble contest, anonymous, plot? what plot??? Just a lemon... well, a lil plot won't hurt, but it's the lemon that counts. BE ORIGINAL!! Be smart! No idea... something like that.
Or... or... leave the world of fan fic, step into the world of fic... I admit, I get tired too sometimes of always the same pairings, hells there truly incest going on in fan fic land. Original lemons, whoa... anarchism! LOL.
Gah... I'm too tired right now to be creative (4 a.m.!!) But it would be sad without a mmmmmonday. Yes, sad. :( Maybe a spectacular mmmmmmonthly mmmmmonday would do??

Truth to be told I haven't read a FanFic in weeks.
I'm just tired of Fanfiction, waiting for updates, reading one chapter then left hanging in the air for the next.
Plus, let's face it most of the plots circle around sex and while I appreciate a good amount of porn ( I do !!!) sometimes I wish more of a story.
I think I also agree with you on the TwiDom, it cooled down. It's sad but, it had to come at some point. We couldn't carry the excitement for years. Although I'm still pretty much excited about Eclipse and BD but I don't have to write or read about every day. I guess one can see this on my latest posts, weeks apart and then I get 2 or 3 comments.
But!!!!!!!! to bring everything back on the bright site! I love you girls and you can write about whatever you want I will be here and read it. Plus, once in a while I need a good lemon recc I come here. But, when blogging looses the fun and you feel "forced" writing a post you don't want then it's time for a change and something else.

I tell ya what I'm looking for... Where are the ASH (Iron King) lemons? Where are the Patch (Hush Hush) lemons? Where are the SAM (shiver) lemons? They have to be out there!! The Lemon Sisters don't always have to be Twi-related do they? Why don't you bring in some new citris?
Cuz for reals... Mama would like some angely icy wolfy lemons. mmmmmm!! For reals!! Where's the WIDE AWAKE for HUSH HUSH? Has it been written yet? I wants!!
And what if you just cut it down to every other week? I for one know how hard it is to put posts together on a weekly basis and it is sooo time consuming -- and if your a nervous peson like myself then it becomes almost nerve wracking to get things out on time.
Also, my pretties... as for recs ;) Well, I'm sure that you do that already but if anyone happens to stumble along something delicious I hope they give you girls a shout out ;)
I for one don't read uber tons of FF. I never had (GASP!!) I know lolz! The main stuff that I enjoy reading are either things I'm asked to pre-read or things that my friends are writing. I just can't read uber uber tons because of time and well.... like you said... Has it all been done before? That's why I'm thinking you girls should branch off ;)
